Bryan Cranston

Bryan Cranston is in the cast of Nicolas Winding Refn's Drive, from 2011. Wally Hammond's review finds the film's best work in two supporting performers, calling Albert Brooks and Cranston seasoned hands and writing that the two of them hold back a sense of threat and of submission respectively, and hold it back with measure. The same piece is cooler towards the leads, taking Carey Mulligan's part for a contrivance of plot at best. The archive froze in the middle of two thousand and twelve and most of the seventeen films held here opened after that, which is why the only page carrying his name is that review.
