Allá en el Rancho Grande

There are two close friends: the owner of a ranch and the man who manages it. Both of them fall in love with the same woman. But the woman loves the manager. The owner does not know this and tries to buy her attachment. That attempt opens a rift between the two friends. The account is set in the life of the ranch and gives songs plenty of room. Music is what carries the account. The break between the two friends is at the centre of the account. The matter sits between friendship and jealousy. René Cardona and Lorenzo Barcelata are also in the cast. Tito Guízar and Esther Fernández take the leads in Fernando de Fuentes’s Mexican film of 1936.
