Black Sheep

José and Kumbia work on a ranch. Their job is herding sheep. Their boss treats the two of them badly. After a while they have had enough. A plan comes to them. They will take the sheep to the border. There they hope to sell them and make money. What they want is to build a new life. They set off but the job is not easy. The boss’s son Jerónimo comes after them. The young man counts the flock as his own inheritance. So he stops at nothing. On the road a girl called María comes into it as well. The tension between José and Jerónimo grows from there. Christian Vazquez and Iván Arana take the leads in Humberto Hinojosa’s Mexican film of 2009.
