Borbaad

Ariyan Mirza carries an unfinished love from his past. The woman is named Nitu. The parting shakes him badly. He decides to settle the account. His father Adib stands beside him. Adib guides him with a wisdom of his own. That counsel calms nothing. A story that began as romance turns to violence. As matters widen the case reaches the courts. The last stretch of the film plays out in a courtroom, where the thin line between justice and revenge is argued. It is the first feature by Mehedi Hasan Hridoy. It opened during the Eid holiday. Shakib Khan, Idhika Paul, Jisshu Sengupta and Misha Sawdagor appear in the hundred and thirty nine minute film, a Bangladeshi and Indian production finished in 2025.
