What Brothers of the Wind Is About
Eagles raise two chicks, and the stronger always pushes the weaker out of the nest. This time the fallen chick is found by Lukas, a boy who lost his mother at his own birth. His father has been shut inside himself since her death and has nothing left to give him. Lukas names the bird Abel and raises him in secret, finding the affection and company he is denied at home. When the day comes to release Abel into the wild, the real question is whether the boy can be released into a life of his own. Shot in the Austrian Alps, with Jean Reno narrating.
