Bruno Aleixo's Film

Bruno Aleixo is a drawn character. He is offered a film of his own. The film is to tell his life. But no idea comes to him. He gathers his friends at a cafe. The talk at that table becomes the frame of the film. He asks each of them for a suggestion. Every friend tells a different story. Some of the stories are close to his life. Others are made up from nothing. What they tell comes alive on the screen. Each part slides into a different genre. Some parts are animated. Some are shot with actors. The film sets these pieces side by side. Gonçalo Waddington and Rogério Samora appear in the ninety one minute film, a Portuguese production two directors finished in 2020.
