Crimi Clowns: De Movie

Ronny Tersago and his gang were once at the top of Flemish show business, known for their clown act. Those days are over and now they work nights as burglars. Ronny’s son Wesley, thrown out of film school in Amsterdam, records both the stage work and the crimes of his father and the gang, their nocturnal excesses and their disordered private lives. Just as things are going badly downhill they land an unexpected haul, and that is when the real trouble starts. The film puts crime and the world of entertainment into the same vessel and brings the recording camera itself into the story. Luk Wyns and Johnny de Mol appear in Luk Wyns’s hundred and two minute Belgian film, completed in 2013.
