Dr. Kildare Goes Home

Kildare is a young doctor. He works at a large city hospital. A bright road lies ahead of him. His career is moving quickly. One day news comes from his home town. His father is a doctor too. The man’s health has broken down. The town needs a clinic. Kildare makes his decision. He gives up his post in the city. He goes back home. He sets up the clinic together with his father. The clinic is to serve the town’s need. The townspeople are wary to begin with. Raising the money is not easy either. Kildare does not give up all the same. Lew Ayres and Lionel Barrymore appear in the seventy nine minute film, an American production Harold S. Bucquet finished in 1940.
