What Erratum Is About
Michal once wanted to be a musician, gave it up and became an accountant. His employer sends him to collect a truck shipped over from America, and the destination turns out to be the port town he left in a hurry years ago, the place he is from. After he picks up the truck he is in a serious accident and has to stay, and the business trip turns into a reckoning with relationships he has not touched in a long time. Marek Lechki’s film won the prize for best directing debut at the Gdynia Polish Film Festival in 2010 and was named the best Polish production released in the country’s cinemas the following year, with particular praise for Tomasz Kot in the lead.
