Eskimo Woman Feel Cold

A piano player falls in love with a woman. Her name is Mari. Mari is married. Her husband is a deaf man who looks after animals. Both men love her. She loves both of them. All three know the arrangement cannot hold. It goes on for a while all the same. The pianist looks for a way through his music. The husband watches from inside his silence. The story is built on the tension between the three of them. The film is set in Hungary in the eighties. Music is an important part of the telling. It ends where you could sense from the start it would. Bogusław Linda and Marietta Méhes appear in the hundred and seventeen minute film, a Hungarian production János Xantus finished in 1984.
