The film is the story of a young man from the outskirts. He learned life on the street and in the bars. His girlfriend comes from the same surroundings. The young man goes off to do his military service. She is left behind and looks for a way of her own. She wants out of that environment with what she has. She poses nude for a magazine. When the photograph appears, word reaches him at the barracks. The young man deserts his unit. He goes straight back to the neighbourhood demanding an explanation. But the place he returns to is not what it was. He argues with the people he called friends. He starts questioning the life he chose as well. In the end he faces her. The film shows the rules of a neighbourhood and what they cost. Žarko Laušević and Maja Mitić appear in the seventy three minute film, a Yugoslav production Zoran Amar finished in 1986.
