What Ip Man: Kung Fu Master Is About
Serving as a policeman, Ip Man arrests a gang leader; when the man dies in unexplained circumstances he is accused of the murder and has to leave the force. While the dead man’s daughter sets out to avenge her father, the Japanese army is approaching Guangzhou, and Ip Man ends up having to clear his own name and defend the city at the same time. Starring Dennis To, this is not part of the well known Donnie Yen series but a separate and much smaller production. The fight choreography is the main reason for it.
