Jambalakidi Pamba

A woman fed up with a male dominated order goes to a yogini. The yogini has prepared a herb that makes men behave like women. Once it is used, everything turns upside down. One strange incident follows another, and in the end a police officer starts looking into it. The film turns all of this into outright farce. The habits that become visible once the roles are swapped is the real idea. It comes from the popular comic vein of Telugu cinema in 1993. The hundred and sixty five minutes are given to a wide cast. Naresh and Aamani take the leads, with Brahmanandam also in the cast. E.V.V. Satyanarayana’s Indian film was completed in 1993.
