Legacy

Anton is a well known pianist. One day he disappears. There has been no word for days. A police officer takes the case. As the investigation goes on another picture emerges. Anton’s life was not what it looked like. The relationships around him are tangled. So are the decisions he made. Something changed after he lost his parents. He turned towards his sister Ana. That bond pushes at the limits of what is between siblings. The film takes its tension from there. What it is really about is what the people closest to us hide. It is Dorian Boguță’s first feature. Its world premiere was at Namur in 2019. It opened in Romania on 6 March 2020. Mădălina Ghenea, Teodor Corban and Dragoș Bucur appear in the hundred and five minute film.
