What Leisure Time Is About
The film is about a group of young people. One of them has money. One has none. One thinks freely. One is devout. They all move in the same circle. Their days pass in uncertainty. They cannot decide what they want. Their love stories run on the same indecision. There are dreams but no steps taken. The film keeps that stalling at its centre. What blocks them, in the end, is their own hesitation, and the account is made out of everyday scenes. Ahmed Hatem, Karim Kassem and Amr Abed appear in the ninety nine minute film, an Egyptian production Mohamed Mostafa finished in 2006.
