What Little Brother Is About
Hani is a boy of nine. He is a troublemaker and afraid of nothing. His friends at school follow his lead. At home he gets his way as well. The one he goes after most is his elder brother HanByul. HanByul often complains of feeling ill. Hani does not take it seriously. Then one day HanByul collapses at home. He is rushed to hospital. The diagnosis is cancer. What the family feared most becomes real. From that point Hani’s view of his brother changes. The film rests on a true story. Park Ji-bin and Bae Jong-ok take the leads in Lim Tai-hyung’s Korean film of 2005.
