Lotoman 003

Manuel and Modesto get an unexpected offer and take it. With that they step into the world of secret agents. As the mission goes on their honesty is tested and things do not run the way they wanted. The Lotoman finds that doing the right thing is sometimes hard. The film uses the shapes of an action story for comedy; the spy film form is a ground for jokes here. It comes from a popular series in Dominican cinema aimed at a wide audience. The street talk of the two leads sets the tone. Miguel Céspedes, Raymond Pozo and Fausto Mata appear in Archie Lopez’s ninety five minute Dominican film, completed in 2014.
