Mad Bastards

TJ is a man who cannot manage his anger. His life has gone by in fights and drink. He has a son of thirteen. The boy is called Bullet and does not know his father. He is heading down the same road himself. One day TJ goes to see his son. The boy’s mother will not let him into the house. So the man sets out. He crosses the country to the Kimberley region. That is the northwest of Australia. He wants to put things right with his son. In a town called Five Rivers there is a policeman. This man, Tex, is Bullet’s grandfather. He too has lived a hard life. Now he is trying to change something for the men of his community. Dean Daley-Jones and Greg Tait appear in the ninety four minute film, an Australian production Brendan Fletcher finished in 2010.
