The dealers are disappearing one by one. The legacy of violence they left behind is still there. Junior came out of that legacy. He is just out of prison and trying to get his life back together. His younger brother Manny is finishing school. Manny is near the top of his class. The hopes of the family rest on him. His graduation party is to be held that evening.
