Muramba

Alok and Indu have been together for three years. The two families know each other. The engagement date was all but settled. Then the two of them decide to part. They explain the reason to no one in full. Alok’s parents cannot accept it. The mother and father try to talk to their son. But speaking in his language is not easy. The difference between the generations shows in every sentence. The father offers examples from his own marriage. The mother tries another way. Alok has trouble answering them. Sachin Khedekar and Amey Wagh take the leads, with Chinmayi Sumit and Mithila Palkar also in the cast, in Varun Narvekar’s Indian film of 2017.
