Nasty Old People

By day Mette works in elder care. She looks after four old people, all of them waiting to die. At night she belongs to a neo-Nazi gang. She sees no contradiction between the two lives; she sets the rules herself. One night she attacks a man and leaves him on the ground after kicking him. Waking the next morning, she realises something is wrong. The film neither clears Mette nor condemns her outright. Care work and violence sitting in the same person is the real subject. The stories of the old people hold a place of their own in the account. Febe Nilsson and Anna Nevander appear in Ami-Ro Sköld’s eighty four minute Swedish film, completed in 2009.
