Omkara heads a gang working between politics and crime in Uttar Pradesh, and by giving his deputy's post to Kesu rather than Langda he creates his own Iago. Langda then feeds suspicion about Omkara's wife Dolly patiently, drop by drop. In place of the handkerchief there is an embroidered waistband.
