Young-Chan neither sees nor hears; he reads the world with his hands, by touch. For a long time nobody understood his language. Then Soon-Ho came into his life; a woman who has her own difficulties because of a condition in her spine, she became the person closest to him. Young-Chan found a new world under his fingers, learned to read in braille and began to want to write a book of his own. Because she cannot always be beside him, both of them have to learn to move on their own. The documentary gives this without pity, on the scale the two of them set. Yi Seung-jun’s eighty eight minute Korean documentary was completed in 2012.
