Róise lost her husband Frank two years ago and has been drifting away from everyone since. A dog with no owner and no chip turns up at her door and refuses to leave. After a while she comes to believe the dog is Frank: back to be with her, and to coach the local team. The film neither mocks this nor sells it as a miracle; it describes where grief puts a person, and it reconnects Róise to her family and her neighbours. Rachael Moriarty and Peter Murphy wrote and directed it. It is set in the Ring Gaeltacht in County Waterford and is spoken in Irish. Bríd Ní Neachtain leads, and the film won the audience award at the Dublin film festival in 2022.
