Runner

Marija’s partner Vytas disappears from their home. Vytas had gone through a psychotic episode. When Marija learns of it she takes to the streets. She goes through the city looking for him. What she fears is that something terrible will happen. The search goes on for hours. She asks the people she knows and follows his trail. Those around her tell her to slow down. Some suggest she leave Vytas be. But Marija listens to none of that advice. The account fits inside twenty four hours. The filming was done in Vilnius. Žygimantė Elena Jakštaitė and Marius Repšys take the leads in Andrius Blaževičius’s Czech and Lithuanian coproduction of 2021.
