Senza pelle

The lives of a young mother and her partner are turned upside down without warning. The reason is that she has, without knowing it, drawn the attention of someone else. That person is a young man in deep depression whose mental health has broken down. When she learns of it, the relationship turns into a tension among three people. The film does not reduce the illness to a story of menace; it shows the man as a person too. Good will and fear being present at the same time is the real subject. The question of who is responsible for whom carries the story. Anna Galiena, Massimo Ghini and Kim Rossi Stuart appear in Alessandro D’Alatri’s Italian film, completed in 1994.
