A doctor working on an ambulance is carrying out dangerous experiments in search of a vaccine that matters vitally. His wife believes in his work while his daughter does not understand him. His son, who is nothing like him in character, tries to protect him. The price of giving yourself up in the name of science turns out to be heavy: just as he is about to reach a result, he loses everything he gathered over twenty years. That loss brings him closer to his son. The director dedicated the film to the memory of his father, who was a doctor, and the shooting took seven years. Temur Babluani’s hundred and twenty three minute Georgian film was completed in 1992.
