After his wife dies Fernando turns into a quiet, inward man and raises his son Daniel on his own. Every night, once the boy is asleep, he brings her back after a fashion by arranging her belongings. Then he comes across something on a tape that she had kept from him: she had a lover. From that moment the man goes after that other man and starts working his way towards his family. His mother in law already thinks him unfit to raise the boy alone. The film presents grief not as a calm but as an anger that gathers and looks for somewhere to go. Aly Muritiba’s hundred and thirteen minute Brazilian film was completed in 2016.
