Plot
Senior theater student Jack sets out to create an ambitious stage production, Romeo and Romeo-a bold, male-male re-imagining of the classic Romeo and Juliet. What begins as a dream project soon becomes an emotional minefield when Jack casts friends, exes and their admirers. As rehearsals intensify, unresolved feelings, unspoken crushes, desire, jealousy, and rivalry spiral out of control. Caught between art and emotion, six friends find their relationships tested to the limit.

How the Pulse Score works
For series, Pulse starts from the IMDb rating shrunk by vote count, then applies FORMAT CALIBRATION. Series score systematically higher than films on IMDb, so using the raw number would unfairly push a show like Only Friends: Dream On to the top of a film catalogue. Calibration maps the series distribution onto the film one; meaning 66 is COMPARABLE to a film with the same Pulse.
One more difference from films: Letterboxd does not track series, so series Pulse derives from a single source (IMDb) rather than two.
