Plot
"Starting From Now" is a lesbian web series that explores the lives of four inner-Sydney women as they struggle to work out who they are, find a place where they belong, and maybe even find someone to love along the way. After building an international viral following across the first three seasons and reaching 20 million views in less than two years on YouTube, seasons 4 and 5 were acquired for broadcast television and screened on SBS2 in March, 2016.

How the Pulse Score works
For series, Pulse starts from the IMDb rating shrunk by vote count, then applies FORMAT CALIBRATION. Series score systematically higher than films on IMDb, so using the raw number would unfairly push a show like Starting From Now to the top of a film catalogue. Calibration maps the series distribution onto the film one; meaning 64 is COMPARABLE to a film with the same Pulse.
One more difference from films: Letterboxd does not track series, so series Pulse derives from a single source (IMDb) rather than two.
