Dany Boon

Dany Boon has six titles here, the earliest Joyeux Noel from 2005 and the latest The Crime Is Mine from 2023, and he directed exactly one of them: Welcome to the Sticks, made in 2008. He directs and acts in it, second in the cast order behind Kad Merad. Spain's film academy nominated that film in the best European film category at its 2010 ceremony; the entry belongs to the film, and the institution carries his name on the list as the film's representative. Danny Boyle's Slumdog Millionaire took the award that year. Welcome to the Sticks is also the most voted of his titles here.
