Famke Janssen

The one piece that assesses Famke Janssen's acting comes from Kim Newman. Writing on the 1999 remake of a horror classic from nineteen fifty-nine, he calls her superb and says she can hold her own against her domineering co-star. She has a moment of wonder, on his account, when the murder plan falls apart and she improvises, putting a mad idea to her lover. Another piece, by Ronald McLean, speaks of her in the part of the journalist Kate.
