When his older brother Andrzej is left bedbound by a stroke, the younger brother takes on his care in spite of a wall of misunderstanding years in the making. He and his partner move him into their house and end up on call around the clock. Janusz Kondratiuk made the film out of his own life: his brother Andrzej Kondratiuk was also a director, and after a major stroke in 2015 could move only his head and one hand. Robert Więckiewicz plays the younger brother and Olgierd Łukaszewicz the elder. What comes out is brotherhood in its rawest state, told without giving up irony and without hiding the tenderness either.
