Russ served twenty-one years for an ounce of marijuana, sentenced under a three-strikes law. Out again, he does not recognise the world, is learning from scratch how the internet works, and washes dishes at a fast-food place. When he finds an abandoned baby in the dumpster out back, he has no idea what to do.
