It is a recording of the stage show performed at the Royal Albert Hall for the musical's twenty-fifth anniversary, with the round hall itself built into the design and the chandelier drop reworked to suit it. Ramin Karimloo plays the man behind the mask as a threat rather than a wounded soul, and Sierra Boggess gives Christine more curiosity than fear. At the end Andrew Lloyd Webber walks out, and Sarah Brightman sings the title song with four former Phantoms.
