Tobias and Flasche have been friends since childhood. At the centre of that friendship is drink. At some point Tobias sees that it is doing him no good. He realises he ought to put his weight on his family and his work. The moment he says this to Flasche, everything changes. The film tells addiction through a friendship. The one who wants to stop and the one beside him come up against each other. The account stands somewhere that neither accuses nor makes light of it. Heiko Pinkowski and Peter Trabner appear in Axel Ranisch’s German film of 2015, a hundred and two minutes long.
