What Anne of Green Gables: The Sequel Is About
A warning: this is not the 2016 television film but the continuation of Kevin Sullivan's 1985 series, a miniseries running close to four hours. Anne is a teacher now; she writes stories and collects rejection letters from magazines. She is maid of honour at Diana's wedding, the matter between her and Gilbert Blythe refuses to resolve, and she goes to teach at a girls' college in Kingsport. There she has to deal with an old family that will not accept her. Megan Follows plays Anne again. The two were made to be watched in order.
