Back for Good

There are three women in one house. Monika is the mother. Angie is the elder daughter. Kiki is the youngest of the family. Angie was known for a time from television programmes. Those days are behind her now. She has just come out of rehab and has no money. She has nowhere to stay either. She has no choice but to go back to her mother’s house. She cannot stand the town. Kiki has troubles of her own. The girl has epilepsy. Her mother makes her wear a protective helmet. Because of it Kiki is shut out at school. The two sisters try to get used to each other in the same house. Kim Riedle and Juliane Kohler take the leads, with Leonie Wesselow also in the cast, in Mia Spengler’s German film of 2017.
