Blood Brothers

Two brothers live on a large estate. The family has money. One day someone arrives at the house. He is a young man on the run from the police. The brothers decide to hide him. They tell nobody. Neither their parents nor the household staff know. The secret binds the two of them. The one in hiding has no intention of leaving. In time the advantage passes to him. He turns the secret into a means of pressure. The brothers are trapped in their own house. The story is based on something that happened in the Netherlands in the early sixties. It ends somewhere there is no coming back from. Matthijs van de Sande Bakhuyzen and Pierre Bokma appear in the ninety minute film, a Dutch production Arno Dierickx finished in 2008.
