Fellini drives a self-appointed guardian of public morals out of his mind with a giant milk advertisement, the woman on it being Anita Ekberg. Visconti gives Romy Schneider an aristocratic wife working out what her husband's very public affairs are worth in cash. De Sica has Sophia Loren offering herself as the prize in a fairground raffle.
