What Colony Is About
Professor Se-jeong is having an ordinary day at a biotech conference when a rapidly mutating virus gets loose in the building. The authorities seal the facility, the exits stop existing, and what began as a scientific problem becomes a question of how long a small group can hold one corridor. Yeon Sang-ho, who made Train to Busan, moves the outbreak off the open road and into a closed structure, so every decision about who gets saved is taken in a space that keeps shrinking. Fast, loud, and closer to horror than to disaster cinema.
