What Dad Wanted Is About
Blanca wants to enter BMX races and her mother has said no, absolutely, and the entry form needs a parent's signature. So she solves it directly: she hires an actor with nothing left to lose and casts him as her father. For the deception to hold, the two of them have to rehearse, memorise an invented history and avoid being caught by anybody who matters. Javier Colinas starts in the register of a children's comedy and softens into family drama as the reason behind the mother's refusal comes out.
