Dans une galaxie près de chez vous 2

The spaceship Romano Fafard is still on its mission. Captain Patenaude and his crew land on a planet. The name of the planet reads like a long advertising line. What they are after is a probe that fell from the ship. Without it they cannot move the population of Earth. The search comes to nothing. It does bring them to the tyrannical governor who runs the planet. He is about to tell them where to find a new probe. At that exact moment there is an enormous explosion. The questions are left hanging. Will they find a liveable planet for six billion people? And if they do, when? The film is the second cinema entry in the series. Its humour is built on the conventions of science fiction. Guy Jodoin and Sylvie Moreau appear in the hundred minute film, a Canadian production Philippe Gagnon finished in 2008.
