The subject of the documentary is a kind of forest. It is called the dehesa. These woods are found on the Iberian peninsula. The trees stand apart with pasture between them. It is an order shaped by human hands. Wildlife lives inside that order as well. At the centre of the film is the Iberian lynx. The lynx hunts in these woods. The camera watches across the seasons. Other species are recorded too. Birds, deer and small mammals are seen. The account is built as a nature documentary. The lynx is a species particular to the Iberian peninsula. The filming was done in Spain and Portugal. Elsa Pinillos narrates it, a Spanish and Portuguese coproduction Joaquin Gutierrez Acha finished in 2020.
