Dosar

Kaushik is in a car accident. He is taken to hospital badly injured. The life of his wife Kaberi is overturned that day. At first she grieves over the state he is in. Then details about the crash come out. It emerges that Kaushik was having an affair with a woman from his workplace. The grief of Kaberi turns into anger. Her husband is bedridden and needs care. She pities him and she is furious with him at once. She is caught between the two feelings. The people around her expect her to sacrifice. Kaberi begins to weigh her own options. Marriage, loyalty and caregiving gather in the same room. The film tells this in a quiet register. Prosenjit Chatterjee and Konkona Sen Sharma appear in the hundred and twenty three minute film, an Indian production Rituparno Ghosh finished in 2006.
