Drei Herren

Dölken, Ivo and Sichel live in a mental hospital. All three are mild and harm nobody. They are to spend the summer at an open institution in the country. They had been waiting a long time for the trip. They all get onto the bus together. Something unexpected happens on the road. The driver has a heart attack. The bus is left standing in the middle of the road. The three of them do not wonder what that means. They assume they have arrived where they were going. They walk towards the nearest village. There they find themselves somewhere to stay. The villagers have no idea who they are. Ottfried Fischer and Karl Merkatz appear in the ninety five minute film, an Austrian production Nikolaus Leytner finished in 1998.
