Father and Guns 2

Years have passed since they infiltrated a therapy programme for fathers and sons. Marc is not getting on with his girlfriend Alice, and his father Jacques is refusing outright to accept that he is getting older. Then an opportunity appears: Martin Germain, right hand to the head of the local mafia, has signed up with his girlfriend for a couples' retreat. Marc and Alice enrol as a couple, and Jacques inserts himself by claiming to be the psychologist's assistant. Émile Gaudreault's 2017 Quebec comedy moves the first film's formula from fathers and sons to couples: the undercover job is the excuse, and the real business is being made to say out loud, at a therapy table, the things nobody wanted to say. Michel Côté and Louis-José Houde are at it again.
