Feeha Eh Yaani

Omar Roushdy Hamed's 2025 Egyptian film follows a retired accountant. He lives with the memory of a love left unfinished years ago; by chance he meets the same woman again, and she is now a married housewife. The question is what lateness means. Both are close to sixty; the narrative makes comedy of this without spoiling the seriousness of the relationship, and puts the reaction of those around them at the centre. Maged El Kedwany and Ghada Adel lead. The tone is light and the family scenes take wide space; the attitude of the children is the narrative's real tension. The close makes its emotional emphasis openly. Who it's for: those who like Egyptian family comedy and stories of late love. Who it's not for: viewers uncomfortable with a closeness outside marriage as subject.
