Frøken Nitouche

There is a convent school. Girls study there. Celestin is the organist. He has another identity as well. Under the name Floridor the same man writes operettas. Nobody at the school must know it. The secret cannot hold for long. Charlotte is one of his brightest pupils. A husband has been chosen for her. She has never seen the man. One day they travel to Copenhagen. Celestin’s task is to keep her from the temptations of the city. Instead he takes her to the theatre. His own work is to open that night. That is where Celestin’s real troubles begin. The film carries comedy and music together. Dirch Passer, Lone Hertz and Ove Sprogøe appear in the hundred and four minute film, a Danish production Annelise Reenberg finished in 1963.
