The film opens in a hospital: a badly injured man is brought in. His name is Sharath and he is a known figure in business. The woman beside him, Swathi, introduces herself as his friend. Then the account turns back. The two of them had met at university, where Swathi was studying medicine and Sharath economics. What drew Swathi to him was his unusual way of thinking. Their friendship turned in time into something else. But a small misunderstanding pulled them apart. Years later they meet again at a friend’s wedding. The film sets pride and love beside each other. Yash and Kriti Kharbanda take the leads, with Anant Nag also in the cast, in Pavan Wadeyar’s Kannada film of 2013.
